AADHIKAR is a word that is present in many Asian languages and it means the same thing, with only very slight or very minor variations in the applications. Its particular phonetic identity was created and then introduced into the English language and vocabulary in December 1980 by Muhammad Haque while founding the weekly AADHIKAR, published from London on 19 December 1980.

HERE is a BBC item about China and its latest railway line, linking Tibet with China. The BBC is typically wet-eyed in oozing empathy for Tibet. that bbc prance is another lying prance.. the bbc controllers no more care about the welfare of the Tibetan environment than they do for any of the threatened parts of the collective 'state' of India. not a squeak is ever heard on the bbc. not in comparison with the cold, calculated lies that the bbc perpetuates in support of the huge conglomerates and their ideological bag carriers across the republic of India. but the bbc ‘concern’ giving platform to ‘critics’ of the china Tibet railway line illustrates the multiple faces of lies that the bbc maintains. how odd that the bbc could be ‘concerned’ about the impact on the communities of a railway line that was being praised by the state to the skies! yet the same bbc is itself performing the promotion jobs for the CrossRail at home. in particular, the CrossRail assault on the East End of London …… In fact the BBC has been plugging Crossrail-hole-lies for more than 3 years…
Is the BBC really worth funding with the licence-payers’ cash? Is it worth so much of the public’s cash at this stage of the movement of time? Especially when the Corporation is so corrupt and so craven in its compliance with the commands of the crooked elements holding various positions of power in the Blaired State in the UK? How crass is the BBC’s own Crossrail-hole-plot against the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 Area?
For the past 3 years, at least, the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against the crass CrossRail plot has been mostly denied by the BBC. Exceptions have been exceedingly rare. One such exception occurred on Friday 24 match 2006. The BBC actually showed Khoodeelaar! In its news item, albeit the London regional bulletins! That was indeed historic for the mainly-fabricated news-outlet BBC were forced to broadcast a package on Sunday 26 March 2006, which contained so many core factual errors, inaccuracies and downright Crossrail-hole-plot-legitimizing lies and fabrications that to enumerate those here would be too much for this time on a Saturday morning in the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 area. Only two instances will suffice, though.
What the BBC were forced to do on Friday 24 March 2006 was against all the Blairising agenda of the corrupted BBC.
The BBC broadcast almost an anti-CrossRail news package.
They were left with no excuse whatever to deny the most important breaking item of news about CrossRail that was forced on Tony Blair's regime by the Khoodeelaar! Campaign against Crossrail hole Bill [in the UK House of Commons, going ‘through’ the ‘select committee’ of MPs during the week ending 30 June 2006] . Blair had found himself exposed as a backer of a senseless Crossrail hole plot idea. So exposed was Blair that had he not staged the U-turn and put it strategically sneakily into the public domain with a little help from the already bribed ‘local newspaper’ the East London Idiotiser [24 March 2006], he [Blair] would have been dragged through the courts – if not physically but in all his preposterous implications, initially in the person of Alistair Darling, Ken Livingstone and Michael Keith, to name only three of the then finalised defendants in the Khoodeelaar! Series of court actions]
Khodoeelaar! was going to file the court action against Crossrail hole Bill Minister Alistair Darling on Monday 27 March 2006.
And what was/were the Khoodeelaar! Legal ground/s?
What else, the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, of course!
That was to be the start
Signed in 1950 by the UK, the ECHRs provide the main framework for the limited but actual humanising of the ‘legal system’ in the UK that had occurred in the previous 55 years.
Blair was familiar with the implications of the announced Khoodeelaar! Court actions programme.
So Blair caved in and belatedly showed us he had heard what we had been asking him to do, beginning with the CBRUK-Khoodeelaar! Communications of February 2004… and other Khoodeelaar! Demands that were particularly conceived of and delivered to Blair and Brown way back two years and three months previously [ as calculated backwards from the day of the ‘news’ events, Friday 24 March 2006].
The BBC had also been forced to broadcast token footage of the Khoodeelaar! Campaign on that Friday when the much-condemned Crossrail-Dirt-Hole in the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 area was dropped from the Crassrail plot.
That announcement of the U-turn on the Brick Lane area Crossrail-Dirt-hole plot itself showed the continuing crassness by Crossrail promoters
The first suspect, Ken Livingstone, the London mayor, had been operating hectic schedules for the previous 48 hours, especially the hours since Khoodeelaar! Declared the details of our then imminent court actions against Darling and Livingstone et al.
Livingstone typically dishonestly rationed the release of a news release that contained a very corruptly conceived series of sentences
But he would, wouldn’t he, as he was doing the Dirt-hole-deal for Darling and Blair
So Livingstone had to be additionally pernicious and secretive
The Crossrail [the CLRL company] themselves claimed to be ignorant of what Livingstone had announced…. It took Darling and company – including his over-fattened cabal of Crossrail-hole-promoting consultants and assortments of time-serving public-money grabbing looters parasitically installed around the Dft and CLRL and the TFL another week before Darling cobbled together his ‘Written statement’ in the House of Commons on 30 march 2006
In the meantime, the BBC broadcast a package in its 'Politics Show’ on Sunday 26 March 2006. That item was so grossly misleading and false and uninformative that I sent to the programme at least a dozen items of corrective communications. In addition to my online files and comments published both on the Khoodeelaardotcom website and elsewhere on the internet within 90 minutes of the actual broadcast of the item… So grotesquely controlled by idiots is the BBC that I received a very strange - but typically BBC communication from the programme. I shall be going into that exposing the further idiocies of the BBC factuals and programme making these days, here, shortly

The strange case of the East London’s ‘local paper’ the East London Advertiser, becoming so persistently factually inaccurate and wrong on Crossrail that Khoodeelaar! has resumed its long running investigation into the role that that publication ahs been playing in the Crossrail hole attacks on the East End…

The lie in the EAST LONDON IDIOTISER’s [FrontPage of the 'East London Advertiser' Thursday 29 June 2006 - 'Crossrail homes threat 'news' item] use of a particular word is the fact that they have never acknowledged the work on the economic, social and the constitutional unacceptability of the CrossRail plan which the KHOODEELAAR! Organiser has done. One of the analytical and factual points that KHOODEELAAR! has made is that the whole CrossRail plan has been a sneaky affair, from start to finish.
And that the deals, the contacts, the communications, the bribery between the tower hamlets council and the CLRL [Cross London Rail Links Ltd] and their co-promoters of the idiotic wasteful scheme.

1. The number of things that are wrong with today’s edition of the EAST LONDON IDIOTISER running that piece for tower hamlets council is too many.
2. The use of the word ‘row’ is totally completely and comprehensively wrong. It is most misleading and most untrue. It is also not supported, let alone being substantiated by the evidence of the dealings between the crooks inside tower hamlets council who have lied to the community for the CrossRail hole plot and their counterparts within CLRL [Cross London Rail Links Ltd] or in the DfT or in TfL or in any other part of the corrupt establishment.
3. Tower hamlets council has never had a row about the main, the core, the central CrossRail hole attacks plan and programme on the east end. Even the published traceable record of the EAST LONDON IDIOTISER itself will support the conclusion that the display and the words on today’s EAST LONDON IDIOTISER were misleading, inaccurate, contradictory and wrong.
4. The contents of the actual item were also disproportionately misleading about the main campaign against the CrossRail assault on the east end,
There is no ‘editorial’ ‘journalistic’ ‘ethical’, literary’ ‘textual’, 'conceptual’ informational, technical, technological, perceptional reason why the item could not have been instead about the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign that has gone on in heightened mode over the past three weeks in the context of the four main facets of the campaign events, activities and communications and participations and publications.
5. None of the components of the alleged facts that allegedly made up the alleged row between the crooked clique in control of tower hamlets council at the given, the material and the relevant CrossRail-hole-deal time/s and the crooked CLRL [Cross London Rail Links Ltd] and their co-promoters of the crass crassrail hole project, constituted even a fraction of the substance of the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign actions that took place in the six days prior to the publication of this edition of the EAST LONDON IDIOTISER [THURSDAY 29 JUNE 2006]
6. The use of ‘sneaky change of plan’ is indicative of the belief on the part of the ‘editorial’ decision-makers responsible for the main headline and the subheading ‘council in row with CrossRail over ‘devastating’ new sewer plans’ that the rest of the contacts and agreements between the council and CrossRail were straight or that the particular sneaky one was so outrageous and so out of proportion to the rest of the deals and agreements or planning that it caused a ‘legitimate’ ‘row’.
7. The placing of the idea of a ‘row’ also indicates the acceptance on the part of the same decision-makers on the Idiotiser of a marketing line for the crooked tower hamlets council that that council is on the whole and normally above sneaky conduct itself.
8. Whichever - or whatever- construction is taken as based on the actual headline and the display and the use of the word ‘row’ in the context of the item and the publication [not forgetting the trailer posted in streets across the area on Wednesday 28 June 2006] it is inevitable that the impression that the reader would get, the person whose main or the only ‘source’ of ‘news’ about what was going on in the area as covered by the Idiotiser, would be the wrong impression, would be the untrue impression, the inaccurate impression, the impression that would cause a new or add to an old [= existing] deficit of information about the true state of affairs in the area generally and on the matter of the CrossRail hole assault and the role of the CrossRail-hole council in bringing about that assault via CrossRail.
9. The item ‘sneaky change of plan’ is also a gigantic lie for the corrupt tower hamlets council and for the corrupt CLRL [Cross London Rail Links Ltd] and for all the assorted elements of crassrail lies that have plugged away for the crass CrossRail hole attack on the east end. Every single time, the CrossRail hole council and CLRL [Cross London Rail Links Ltd] has acted sneakily. And the main ones KHOODEELAAR! ” has repeatedly drawn to the attention of the el Idiotiser. The Idiotiser has failed to see those and has refused to acknowledge those, as they have failed to acknowledge most of the truth of our campaign. It is a gigantic lie because it suggests that ‘sneak change of plan’ was a one off.
10. Any honest student of economics, as the reporter has described himself as being, would have done their home work and have acquainted themselves with the information on the economic irrelevance of CrossRail that the KHOODEELAAR! Organiser has actually carried out and published over the past 30 months. There is on the record no other commentator on CrossRail that has done so much detailed study of the economic relevance and disbenefits of CrossRail. The lie in the EAST LONDON IDIOTISER’s use is the fact that they have never acknowledged the work on the economic, social and the constitutional unacceptability of the CrossRail plan which the KHOODEELAAR! Organiser has done.
One of the analytical and factual points that KHOODEELAAR! has made is that the whole CrossRail plan has been a sneaky affair, from start to finish. And that the deals, the contacts, the communications, the bribery between the tower hamlets council and the CLRL [Cross London Rail Links Ltd] and their co-promoters of the idiotic wasteful scheme.
